Commission ME!

Terms of Service

My Commission Process

  • Please Contact me through my commission form at he bottom of the page or message me on my various social media

  • We can then discuss the project and what all it entails

  • After which I will give you a finalized price & completion date

  • Payments will go through PayPal

  • Projects up to $50 are paid upfront (this is to save on fees)

  • Projects above $50 may be split half upfront & half to receive the final draft

  • You will receive an image of the sketch once completed

  • Unlimited revisions at this point within reason

    • ​I want you to get the best product

  • Once the sketch is approved I will completed the design​

    • very minimal revisions can be made at this point​

  • After final product is approved you will receive it and all of the discussed formats needed!

  • And an advertisement of the design to post to social media!​

Terms of my Artwork

  • When appropriate, attribute me as the artist

  • PERSONAL USE- Personal use means personal, noncommercial use by an individual User (the buyer's Twitch Chanel, Discord, etc) Personal Use excludes use for the benefit of any third party, including commercial, educational, governmental or non-profit entities. IE, you cannot resell my work in any fashion

  • COMMERCIAL USE- May be sold ON or AS merchandise. (Tshirts/mugs/stickers/enamel pins...etc) on top of the standard personal usage. You, MAY NOT sell the design itself.

  • I alone still maintain ownership of the art being commissioned, and may use it for my own personal use. (Example-Advertising/ My Portfolio)

  • I MAY NOT resell artwork I was commissioned to do

  • Do not alter, change or recolor anything I've designed

  • No one may copy, trace, resell, claim to have created or use my work in an unauthorized way without my permission

  • If you are ever curious or unsure of what you may use my design for (before or after commissioning me) please feel free to contact me at any time!
